Cancellations: Cancellations outside of 60 days of arrival will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee.

Within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be given. If re-rented, payment MAY be refunded (depending on owner), less a $150 cancellation fee. Terms are guidelines and may vary depending upon property requirements.
